Aiken v. Deal
Deal recovered a judgment against Aiken in the Peoria County Circuit Court to recover a debt of $239. Aiken made a motion to the Illinois Supreme Court to set aside and vacate the circuit court judgment. The Supreme Court denied the motion in a per curiam decision because the Supreme Court will not set aside circuit court judgments on motions.
