Case Summary

Defendants, Abrams and Klein, appealed a chancery ruling perpetually enjoining execution of a debt judgment that Klein obtained against plaintiff, Camp. The Supreme Court reversed, dissolving the injunction. It held equity could not provide Camp relief. The judgment at law was entered against him because he failed to prove at trial that the note Klein sued upon was void under an anti-gambling statute.
